Brenner Pass reflects a love of the Alpine region as well as a dedication to hospitality and great food and drink.

 

Executive Chef Brittanny Anderson prepares a seasonal European-inspired menu, bringing flavors of the alps to the plate with a mix of classic and modern technique.

Executive Pastry Chef Olivia Wilson bakes a wide assortment of breads, pastries and other confections featured throughout the menu and for dessert.

Bar Director James Kohler heads a craft cocktail program showcasing European amari, brandies, sherries, and his love of cane spirits.  He also features European-style beers and ciders on draft.

Wine Director Nathan Conway selects wines from the alps and surrounding mountainous wine regions for their freshness, delicacy, and expressions of alpine soils and places.
